Aaron Garcia threw nine TD passes Friday, as the New York Dragons cruised past the Dallas Desperados 77-63 in the opening round of the playoffs.

New York won the game as a 7-point underdog, while the 140 points sailed OVER the posted total of 103.

Garcia completed 28-of-39 pass attempts for 330 yards in the win. Kevin Swayne caught eight passes for 77 yards with four touchdowns in the win.

Clint Dolezel completed 35-of-47 pass attempts for 325 yards with seven touchdowns in the loss.
